I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Siemens (Irving, TX) in Jun 2013
Interview
Met with 3 separate groups of employees. Design Engineers, Project Managers, and Hiring Manager. Ask very specific questions about resume and past employment and skills. One of the design engineers went on and on about what he does in his daily position. Felt more like a presentation than an actual interview.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Siemens (Mumbai) in Jan 2010
Interview
Basically each organization has two stage of interview one is "Technical" other is "Personal (Salary related). Once technical interview was through lots of time Siemens has been taken for salary approval from management.
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Siemens (Springfield, VA) in May 2010
Interview
Was contacted by recruiter for behavioral interview, then told I would be contacted by the hiring manager. Hiring manager contacted me within the week and a phone interview was setup. We chatted regarding the job requirements and my previous experience in the field. After about 15 minutes he told me that the interview was concluded and that I would be contacted by him again along with this Manager. A few days later I was contacted by both managers and was asked the same series of questions, upon completion I was asked to fly out for an interview. All my expenses were paid. The on site interview was very simple, basically a meet and greet, with the manager going more in depth about the position they were hiring for. Was offered the position on the spot.
