Siemens Field Service Engineer interview questions

I was interviewed at job fair. Everyone was very nice and asked very specific question. Talked about the specifics of the job which will be more hands and more blue-collar work than expected.

HR and HM interview then technical interview with the engineer, finally external interview with a scenario based situation. Did not understand what's the point of the third round but they decided to go ahead with another candidate after that one.
