Like the standard trainee process, with online tests, interviews with HR and a final 1 day pannel, with cases solving, personal presentations and final round of interviews with senior managers. Interesting part was a interview with a manager in the HQ, via phone, simulating a tough situation where you had to explain the cancellation of an important business trip from the HQ.
