First call for arrangement, then two interviews - first one with managers and HR, second with direct supervisor, colleagues (usually 2 people will sit with you).
Technical questions are quite brief - there were no difficult coding. But you will need to know your requirements: for example if you need C# you won't make it with knowledge of C++ only.
Second part is your personality - how do you deal with conflict, what are your weak sides... another weak side... another one?
Overall people there are friendly and when I attended as a one interviewer I saw that the worst enemy your your stress so keep it cool.

1st was c++ round and then aptitude round.
Then technical round.
They almost covered all areas of computer science like database,operating systems.
He also asked few logical questions.

The process starts with a written interview, Basic OOPS ,operating system,Threads, Design patterns are tested,
Next round is basic and again, techinal and logical abilities are tested.
Next round is concet oriented techinacal interview, domain knowledge and also few managerial round questions.
Next a formal mangerial round.
