First call for arrangement, then two interviews - first one with managers and HR, second with direct supervisor, colleagues (usually 2 people will sit with you). Technical questions are quite brief - there were no difficult coding. But you will need to know your requirements: for example if you need C# you won't make it with knowledge of C++ only. Second part is your personality - how do you deal with conflict, what are your weak sides... another weak side... another one? Overall people there are friendly and when I attended as a one interviewer I saw that the worst enemy your your stress so keep it cool.
