I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Siemens in Mar 2025
Interview
I was invited by an external consulting service. There were two rounds by Siemens. One is local, with the manager of the team here in Brazil. It was a nice interview, he asked me some questions about the technologies for the role. Thereafter there was an interview with one leader of the global team in USA. It was very disrespectful. The interviewer was not interested in my profile neither in the interview itself. When he asked me to tell a little about my career, he was paying attention to its phone or another screen, he was not listening. He asked me questions which were not related to the technical skills of the description role. We had one hour for interview and its duration was shorter than 30 minutes. An arrogant behaviour.

Interview
