Pretty straight forward. They honestly care more about you understanding the job rather then your education. Also be yourself as they want to see who they are hiring to work with the rest of the team. The sooner you show your real self the easier it will be to work with others.

It was a very convoluted process. Seemed there wasn't a lot of interest in scheduling interviews even though they said it was urgent position to fill. Manager wasn't even available during interview. Called into interview half way in
