Interview
The recruitment process was a rigorous involving an initial online application followed by a verbal and numerical reasoning test. Following this I had a competency based interview and was then asked to attend a assessment day at the head office in Frimley.
There were 3 main tasks on the assessment day consisting of a group task, a presentation and finally a interview.

Question 1
The group task was to construct a bridge for a car made from paper, card, paper plates and plastic cups. The bridge had to fulfill a number of design criteria. There was also limited time to complete a number of different stages of the planning and construction of the bridge. The key thing they were looking for were ability at leadership and communication.
The interview was also competency based. Make sure to prepare as many good examples of the key competencies that they ask for.
