I applied on linkedin. A recruiter almost immediately responded back to me and set up a phone interview. The interview went okay, she told me i'd hear back in a few days. I did not, I finally got a decline a couple weeks later. I politely asked if they could give me any pointers on getting further in future interviews and was ignored.
