I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Slack in May 2021
Interview
This was one of the smoothest interview processes I have ever experienced. Each step of the way, I met with my recruiter who gave me a very helpful explanation of the next round and then an opportunity for me to ask any questions. It truly felt like she cared to see me do well and when you are in the stressful experience of looking for a new job, this can make all the difference.

Question 1
Each round was a bit different but I got questions that specifically related to my experience - What would your manager say about you in this role? What was one challenge you faced in this role? What was one creative problem you had to solve for?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Slack
Interview
This was a great experience at it is mostly similar to what we usually have to do in our regular development job. I did not have to take much preparation. Taking a good System Design Course might help answer the questions during the interview. And also knowing and following good coding practices might help.

Question 1
various system design problems, basic coding problems like how would you implement a certain feature in a toy project etc.
