Slack interview questions

First round interview was a phone call with recruiter. There were basic questions regarding behaviorals and social media knowledge such as metrics and trends. Recruiter was very nice and personable.

Interview consisted of first round of phone screening from HR asking & then and then a 60 to 90 minutes of 1 to 1 interview with the engineering manager which involved in-depth discussion on various scenario based questions like what have you done when a bug was introduced to prod by you & what did you do to make sure you/ team doesn't do the same mistake again. All the interviewers involved very prompt & friendly during the process in calls and over the mail.
