Slack interview questions

Unbelievably unprofessional process and for a company who’s aim is to enhance productivity it’s actually shocking how they waste candidates time. A role came up last year, which I applied for and had an interview with the Australian recruiter. We got along well, she told me she was going to arrange an interview with the line manager the following week, then completely ghosted me. Another role came up recently so applied again, got an email asking for me to confirm a time for another phone interview, did that, then got no phone call and ghosted again when I tried to make contact to figure out what was going on. I’ve met other people who have had similar experiences and can see this has happened before from reading on here. For a company to be trying to build its brand in this territory they nee to act with more courtesy. I for one am now a detractor all because of a lazy and rude recruiter.
