Interview
It had been the most interesting interview experience I had in my job quest in Switzerland.
The job that i applied was published in Aug 2015 . We had a good initial phone interview and I was selected for face to face. It took the organisation 2 months to find a date so the key interviewer be in the same room. By the time it was end of year and I was told I am selected for second face to face .. again it took them 2 months to organise the meeting . This was now Feb 2016 . Was informed in March and a phone call with CEO is required which went very well. I was then told they are reviewing another candidate but in April I was given the offer and package detail , with a how ever clause That final budget approval is pending from ceo but should not be a problem as I am replacement of existing employee. In the end I was told the job no longer exist as there is budget freeze.
I was disappointed that it took so much time and effort from both parties and in the end the result was they did not have budget for the position and they been dragging the whole process. Well I wish the management best of luck and hope they have a clear vision and direction for upcoming business strategy.
