Interview
Interview was a pleasant process, the recruiter approached in LinkedIn and set up a meeting with the future direct manager. Discussed for about half an hour about approach to product management and previous experiences in the field. The second interview was together with a subject matter expert and a dotted line manager, where we discussed more about credentials related to the job and during the interview and I actually got a feeling that the position was being sold to me. All was well up to that point, but the third meeting never happened. Six weeks later reached out to the recruiter who told me that there was a hiring freeze due to re-organization. Would really have liked to be informed about the changes as I was told I was one of three candidates being interviewed at that point. Would not have been much of an effort to do that.. So that left a bit of bad taste after an otherwise fine process with an interesting company.

Started on time, greeting was great. They gave an overview of how the call would go and made me feel at ease. I really lucked out as the person interviewing me was lovely, fair, knowledgeable and honest.

Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. O processo levou 3 meses. Houverem etapas com Líder da área, com o RH, com lideres de áreas parceiras e com diretoria. Foram bem flexíveis quanto as datas de entrevista bem como os meios para os mesmo. Foram realizadas entrevistas presenciais, por telefone e videoconferência.
