Interview
Three main interviews:
1 - Culture fit, SWO take culture very seriously and protect the brilliant working culture they've developed by hiring carefully.
2 - One to One competency interview - Specifically around the role and how capable I am of performing the role.
3 - Panel interview - Opportunity for a few more of the leadership team to assess culture fit and how I would handle specific situations and scalenarios.

Sehr entspanntes Gespräch abseits der normalen HR Fragen. Eher ein lockeres Gespräch über die Stelle, Inhalt und Projekt, Motivation und Perspektiven.
Offene und ehrliche Kommunikation während der gesamten Dauer.
Ich habe mich rundum wohl gefühlt und hatte an keiner Stelle das Gefühl mich verstellen zu müssen oder sogar sollen.
