One of the better interview processes I've had the chance to go through. Spoke with several employees in and around my team, very friendly. Recruiters are communicating frequently and complete tasks quickly. Panel interview was relaxing and the interviewers were engaged and provided great feedback. Got an offer within 2 weeks of interviewing.

Interview
Cognitive test with 100 questions. 30 minute interview by a sales rep that could not answer my questions about career growth, OTE, and more. I liked the open forum of meeting different leadership.
Unfortunately, this has not been the smoothest hiring experience for me. For example, I received notice that the hiring process was on hold only half an hour before my scheduled second interview, and now I receive an email that the position has been filled. There were also some last-minute schedule changes when a colleague unexpectedly took a day off, leaving no one to communicate the update.
The hiring process often reflects a company's values and practices, and, based on this experience, I'm not sure I see a strong alignment.
