I have been called by company's recruiter for the interview. Interview happened with HR Manager - Shalini. It was good discussion. We discussed about profile, expectations, hrms, payroll, flexibility in terms of night shift, reason of leaving, manual intervention, etc. Although she told me they I am shortlied but after 2-3 daysbwhen i followedup I've been informed that they are looking for someone more senior and keeping my profile on hold.
