Interview
The interview itself was pretty regular. They ask about your previous experience in management roles, the interviewers were 2 millennials that are way deep into the corporate business which is fine if that's your way of getting a life. They don't like to be questioned about the company integrity and strategies to prevent turn-over. They pretty much didn't answered any of my questions, they just circled them back in a wordy form. They love very specific scenarios about situations. And if you seem remotely like you could be an actual leader and someone that doesn't buy the whole kind and good corporation they will not give you an offer because they don't want people forming unions or knowing their rights as any other company.
