It was an easy process. Sat down with a manager and was asked a few questions about previous experiences in leadership positions. Asked about times I worked in a group, asked about availability, etc.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe a time you had to work in a group and come up with a creative solution to a problem.
Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
it was great. I answered every question thoughtfully and easily. You have to have two interviews, one with the manager and one with the district manager. It is a in person interview. They ask many questions and will either hire you on the spot or you will have to call to see if you get the position.
