Average interview process. Contacted via email by store manager and had a phone conversation before coming in for an in person interview. Coffee tasting during interview was a fun way to answer questions and get to know more about the local store
Interview process was quick and simple. The manager had a guide of questions but we also chatted a bit. It made it a comfortable conversation. She was very nice and the store was clean.

Easy-going, conversational, friendly. They were understanding and listened well. It was easy to speak to them. However, interviewing in a busy store can get a bit difficult with everyone inside the store.
