There was first interview with the recruiter. When they move you forward, you will have a second interview with two District Managers. It was about an hour long and they asked typical SM interview questions. Very casual and warm atmosphere.

Two district sanagers interviewing over Microsoft Teams. Extensive, heavy "STAR" use required in questions with follow up questions from interviewers. 5 questions for me but our interview went nearly an hour, overall friendly.

You first have a screen with the recruiter, and she sets up time to speak with you. If you pass that, you get sent to the DM and interview with that DM and another DM and then usually decision after that.
