The interview was in person and lasted about around 30 minutes. The first half was with the manager and the second half with the lead. The interview was pretty much confirming availability and what the first weeks of training look like

Question 1
What my availability was, was I willing to work weekends and would I be ok with part time.
Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum

it was great. I answered every question thoughtfully and easily. You have to have two interviews, one with the manager and one with the district manager. It is a in person interview. They ask many questions and will either hire you on the spot or you will have to call to see if you get the position.
