Starbucks Shift Leader interview questions

Interview felt like they were just trying to understand how I am as a leader, kinda laid back but alot of questions, if you know what is like to be a barista and how to operate a team on the floor you should be okay

Shift Lead as at a coffeeshop with years of experience, was declined after I was told that I was unpersonable and was treating the interview as a chore; I was very polite and do not really understand how they could've come to that conclusion. Another manager I spoke to almost admitted they had no idea what the other one was referring to.
