I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Starbucks (Moncks Corner, SC) in May 2023
Interview
Had to interview with two different store managers- one for my store and a second at another store. Both were super friendly and encouraged me to ask any questions I had. They both asked me the same questions- most were situationally-based in that they asked me to recall a time I had done something in a past job that applied to their question; "recall a time where you did ____ or a customer did _____, how did you respond?". Make sure you're able to bring up instances like these from a past workplace.

I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Starbucks (Seattle, WA) in Jun 2023
Interview
Very easy interview process. Contacted about an interview about 5 days after submitting an application and was called back with an offer the next day. Met with the two different store managers for the interview and was over in about 25 min. Enjoyed time speaking with both of them as well as the easy-going nature of the interview.

Question 1
Questions about management style. Overall, very basic interview questions about work history, why you want to work with Starbucks, and situational customer service based questions.
