Easy going and they promote internally. Very rare do they hire external supervisors. Store Managers and leaders higher can be great but not all districts and store have the best leadership. I had a cool manager.

quite simple. starting from barista, trainer, then supervisor. asking situational questions… typically with district manager. meeting is about 30 minutes long and quite casual, especially if you’ve been with company before and are not fresh into the role.
