Starbucks Shift Supervisor interview questions

I had two interviews but the hiring process took about 3 weeks. You have to be persistent and keep calling them back. I suggest dressing up business casual and be presentable.

Good, thorough interview process. Tests the existing knowledge of the candidate and experience. Started with a series of questions on past experience and how you dealt with challenging situations. Then a general conversation about past job experience etc.
