Starbucks Shift Supervisor interview questions

i applied online on tuesday and they gave me a call back the next day saying they are interested in my application, asked me to go for an interview the next monday. they didnt tell me the wages until i asked in the very end of the interview. it was $9.5/hr and i was told i might not get 40hrs a week even i applied full time.

Applied online for open positions. Received a call back from a Store Mgr to come in to interview, given location and time of interview. Notified that it would be panel style with another Store Mgr attending. Upon arriving, I clarified which position the interview was for, Shift Supervisor, and we proceeded. Interview process was predictable and I interviewed well and was invited back for 2nd interview. There were a few problems with choices made by management in this interview- see "why did you choose to decline the offer"
