Starbucks Store Manager interview questions

The hiring and interview process took over two months; from initial phonecall, to multiple interviews, it wasn't until 2+ months that I heard back with a job offer, and then did not start working with them until another 3 weeks.

I applied online, spent a long time to finish all their questions. I got a phone interview call unprepared and no email appointment, the recruiter just call out of nowhere and ask the very basic question, it only last 10-15 minutes. I didn't hear anything back from that recruiter again. it feels like she just takes people off her checklist.
