Starbucks Store Manager interview questions

I had applied a number of times with no success. I got an interview almost immediately after befriending another manager. There were lengthy online questions that are based on leadership skills. There was a phone interview by an excellent HR person, followed by an in-person interview by a DM that made me nervous about taking the position

The interview process was enjoyable from a recruiter over the phone, then a Web 'zoom' interview. Then was followed by 3 more Web interviews by District Managers. All the interviews were challenging, yet very good experiences of getting to know me. I also felt that they described the workingredients culture very well.
