Starbucks Store Manager interview questions

Process was lengthy. I applied and did not receive a call for an interview until 3 weeks after. Background check took another 2 weeks. While process seems to drag on. No touch base from corporate. Was unsure if corporate had moved on to other candidates during entire process. From date of application to job offer it was a 40 day period. Seems too long of a time.

Phone interview with a recruiter, discuss background and experience. Face to face with a district manager in a store. Standard behavioral based interview using the SARI method of interviewing. Hiring managers looking for upbeat personalities, demonstrated success in leadership and someone who can carry the banner of the company's values.
