Me postulé en su plataforma, tardaron unos 15 días en contactarme y unos días más en hacerme la primera entrevista por parte de RRHH, de ahí pasó casi un mes para tener otra entrevista con el jefe de área, además de que me solicitaron documentación, referencias y exámenes médicos

Me mostraron un documento técnico y me pidieron que interpretara información en él.
I went through three different interviews with multiple managers. All were the STAR method. They did ask technical questions however majority were behavioral. Overall, I did have a good experience and they gave me an offer.

When was a time you had an issue with one of your colleagues and how did you resolve it?
4 interviews process: Fisrt was a phone interview with the HR team. Second was with the Tech Manager for the team. Third was with the Team Lead on the department. Forth was with the Global Manager The offer process took about 3-4 months.
