Swiss Re Legal interview questions

All communications with HR were professional and courteous, but when I was asked to attend a phone interview with an attorney in the legal department, she let me know immediately that she did not think I had sufficient experience for the position. I was polite and indicated that I had never misrepresented my experience on my resume or in my preliminary discussion with HR -- I was confused as to why I was invited to interview with her if I was so plainly unqualified? She also kept coughing into the phone, never apologizing or excusing herself as a normal professional would. It was easily the most unpleasant interview of my career, and I withdrew my application immediately. I'm still upset at being invited to interview then chastised for lack of experience.
