Swiss Re Vice President interview questions

3 Rounds including HR. Manager, Super Manager and HR Rounds were conducted, process is slow takes quite a bit of time. Process was managed through a vendor consultant agency, there was some lag in communication . Rolling out the offer took quite a bit of time.

Thorough process, with 3 levels of interview: HR, Hiring manager and team. The interview was quite standard with usual questions. Overall a good experience and not a waste of time. HR has some original questions, that are a little bit different from the usual, boring and easy to anticipate style that exists elsewhere.
