it was pretty forward, general interview questions. but it's easy to suck you in to the company. the job itself its hard. they expect a lot from you for minimum wage. there's no work life balance
Very straight forward, it involves a short overview of yourself and why your applying for the role then there are a short few key questions on the roll your trying to fill followed by a short demonstration of how you would deal with certain customer queries. Just be yourself and be confident!
It was an Online interview where you had to pretend you were in a scenario where you were taking a call for a credit card company and make sure you asked the correct questions in the correct order
