Process was fairly straightforward and easy. Question was not difficult. Phone lines was bad though when conducting screening. But it was still fairly straightforward. Interviewer spoke clearly. I was ok with the interview process.

Interview
The interview process is quite good. The interview is via zoom call, but we don't need to open our camera (that's good for me as I'm shy and tend to be very nervous).The recruiter/interviewer is nice and great. He ask several questions on do you know what is the company do, do you know what customer service do, why do you want this job, why you are suitable for this job, what are your expectations on this job. Then we proceed with like an acting interview questions. He acts like he's a customer and I'll be the customer service person and I have to answer the customer's questions. The acting went so-so as i have never work as a customer service and i gave answer that are not so preferable but acceptable. But the interviewer is so nice by complementing me for my efforts and then he explained to me the right way on how I should answer the customer's questions.

Straight forward - there was a case scenario where an angry customer called and you had to handle the call. Basically you need to listen to what the complaint is and apologise and find a resolution
