Zuerst wird man angerufen dort wird geschaut auf welchem englisch level man ist und es wird gefragt wieso teleperformance und nicht woanders, dann ab wann man anfangen könnte und welche projekte man haben kann

Es wird gefragt zu wann man starten kann, welche erfahrungen man in der telefonie hat, besonders werden die englisch kentnisse unter die lupe genommen und man sollte genau wissen wieso man zu teleperformance gehen will

Interview
I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.
The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round.The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
