Prima si riceve una mail per fare il job interview, poi se si è presi si fa un corso di circa 1 mese per imparare bene il processo lavorativo. La cosa buona è che il corso viene pagato dal 1 giorno.

Innanzitutto vogliono controllare il livello della lingua per la quale ti sei selezionato, quindi dovrai parlare per un po'.

The interview process was great. I was handled by a professional interviewer and able to answer all her questions. My experience with the TP has been good and I expect nothing but a good work environment.

Die Mitarbeiterin hat mir vorher gesagt welche Fragen(nicht alle aber 2/3) sie stellen wird und mir geraten mich darauf vorzubereiten.
Das habe ich dann natürlich auch gemacht und das hat mir sehr geholfen.
Quick and only a few questions and not too hard. It was all basic customer service questions and a short role play and email writing in both languages. Total time was less than an hour.
