It is smooth and the interviewer is very friendly and kind especially to the first timer's. They also show empathy to the clients, and provide feedback to help them grow as an individual.
After assessment, you will be interviewed by recruiters. The interview process is easy. They will just ask about your experiences. It only lasted for more or less 20 minutes. Just be yourself and be confident.
