Operations round starts with introduction and basic technical questions followed by a topic to check comm skills.

Interview
I was referred to after contacting the company in a job fair. After the first group interview around 2-3 questions for each participant were asked along with a typing speed test and a general language/skill test. Then I was selected for the second interview were 2-3 more technical questions were asked.
By what I understand of their hiring process, if you show excellent communication skills in English or French you will be hired anyway. Otherwise you need to answer correctly those technical question.
