Target Asset Protection Team Leader interview questions

I had a total of 5 interviews for this position. After I got the job I was told by the STL that they had interviewed 30 people, so I think they are fairly picky when it comes to APTLs. That makes sense because you are given a lot of latitude in this position. The interviews were tough, they included questions about past achievements and the interviewers expect specific answers.

Interviewed with 2 separate Store Team Leaders and then with Executives from the individual store. After asking the normal get to know you and situation questions, I was offered the job. There was a bit of travel involved to visit the two different store interview locations, but they were all somewhat local. Friendly atmosphere when interviewed and of average difficulty.
