Target Associate interview questions

Straight forward and asked general get to know you questions, less intimidating than what I was expecting. Interviewer seemed really nice, and wasn’t expecting too much since they figured it was a starter job

Interview was very easy process. simple background check, basic situational interview questions, strengths and weaknesses, team related questions, and essentially why you wanted to work for the company. basic drug screening, 2 week wait for results, and hiring orientation came next. 1 week of orientation then off to the sales floor.
