Target Backroom interview questions

They give you 3 interviews and they'll call you if your hired. Call them back if you don't hear from them just to make sure.

I applied about (5/1/12) online, i was called on mothers day(5/13/12). Over the phone I was asked only two things, why do you want to work for target and about my availability. Afterwards she told me that they would like to schedule me in for an interview on Wednesday at 10:15 pm since it was for an overnight position. (5/16/12) i came in at around 9:45 and was sat down with about 9 other applicants.then we were called into a room where they gave us some packets of questions (15 questions) to answer, it is basically to see if you're competent. the interview was fairly standard, tell me of a time you had to do something and what did i do type of questions.the people i interviewed with were both kind and made me feel comfortable. then i had another interview with a different person, similar questions. I guess it's to get another persons perspective on you. after she finished she started taking about how they had a different position available, i said i was fine with it, talked about my availability, dress code. then she told me to come in the next morning to fill out some hiring papers. I came in did that, then afterwards i had to go take a drug test. then after they got the results they called me to give me an orientation date and boom i was working for target.
