Target Barista interview questions

Phone followed by in-person. Both interviews were very similar. Asked about times you failed and how you handled it. Asked about a time you succeeded and experience from working in a group.

Casual, could start a conversation with the person that was interviewing me. She did a good job to alleviate any anxiety I may have had. Asked me pretty standard questions when applying for a retail job, like thins about problem solving and dealing with difficult people. They want scenarios and stuff where you overcame obstacles.
