I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Target (Milford, MA) in May 2016
Interview
I applied online and they called me the next day and scheduled an interview. There were two parts to the interview. The first was with a person working in Starbucks and they asked me some questions and then 4 situations and how I would deal with them and I had to come up with examples from my life. Then I had a 2nd interview with the person who is in charge of the target store (I think) and she asked me some basic information and then 4 more situations similar to the first ones. Then at the end she told me I got the job and planned for me to come in for orientation.

Phone. Then 1:1 with someone off the floor. Gave positive response at end of interview. I was later told I was "not a fit for Starbucks." Seemed to imply discrimination.

Interview
There was a series of "tell me about a time questions" and basically come up with way a that somehow relates to the job. They called me immediately after I applied in store into the office. I sat down with the esl of that department.
