I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Target (Snellville, GA) in Dec 2015
Interview
They told me to come in at 3. They did not interview me until 3:45 and had me waiting with no one else getting interviewed that day. Then they said it would be a second interview but they told me to come back when they gave a call. They emailed me shortly saying I didn't get the job. What a waste of time. I suppose they want someone more energetic and I lost my energy after waiting almost an hour to be seen with out much word of what was going on. She told me they were busy and such.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Target (Dumfries, VA) in Sep 2015
Interview
I applied online and got a call to come in for the interview a couple days later. They were a little disorganized when I got there so there was a lot of waiting. I'm only saying it was difficult for me because all of their questions were based on how you acted in a work place setting and since I have no experience, it was hard for me to come up with examples. So I knew I probably wouldn't be getting the job. They did not try and get to know me and it felt like I was an inconvenience. Everything they asked was straight off of paper. I don't feel that those type of questions accurately determine whether someone is good for the job or not.
