Process took less than a week, applied online and got a phone call three days later. They initally did a phone screening and then invited me in to interview. The interview I sat down with two managers and answered very structured interview questions.

I applied online. I received a call to schedule an interview. I did three interviews in one day. Pretty basic interview questions. But it was a lot of questions. Was offered the job after meeting with the store manager.
