Target Cashier interview questions

Applied online and Target called me within a few days. Interview questions were entirely standard mainly "tell me about a time when" questions. They look to see if you're a people person and have a positive outlook on life as well as your ability to function well as part of a team. First interview is with HR usually; then a second is with a manager that would normally be your direct supervisor. They job offer you on the spot after the second interview and then have you go take a drug test which you have 24 hours to complete.

For my interviewing process I was interviewed by 3 different groups of people. The first interview was with two team leads who were very friendly, involved a few problem solving questions but mostly friendly talking. My second interview was with one person she was very sweet, and she asked a few more questions along with friendly talking mostly. The third was an interview with the store manager himself. The fourth was the acceptance of hire. Every group of people must love your personality to get to the next. It was an interesting and intimidating process.
