I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Target (Orland Park, IL) in Mar 2010
Interview
I had 3 interviews. One with the first manager was easy. She was nice. Regular interview questions. The next interview with the higher ranking manager was a little harder. She seemed a bit cold. Asked about previous work history and career goals. Last interview wasn't really an interview. The store manager made me feel like I was already hired by telling me rules and different things about the company.

Question 1
I was asked what would I do if I saw someone stealing.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Target (Turlock, CA) in May 2014
Interview
Got a call from Target to set up an appointment to call me again for a phone interview. When I was interviewed, the guy was very cut and dry reading questions to me off of a piece of paper that Target organized to be used for each phone interview. I didn't think I did that well cause I was really nervous, but they ended up calling me a few hours later to set up an in person interview. The lady that interviewed me again read questions off of a paper, but it was more of a relaxed feel for this interview and I felt I did well. She then set up another date for me to come in and I was expecting this would be a third interview by someone else, but the HR worker gave me information papers about the job and said I was hired. I was told I needed to do a drug test within 24 hours of employment so I did and now I start in June 2014.
