The interview process was as follows: -1 on 1 phone interview - on the fly, not scheduled -1 on 1 round robin interviews at the district offices with multiple store leaders and district level people -Panel interview with district team leader and hr business partner Overall the interview process was fairly intense, and that's a commitment they have to you as an ETL as you advance with the company-there is very regular interview prep/practice even if you're not in an interview process at the time.
