I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Appleton, WI) in Jun 2015
Interview
Contacted by recruiter for phone interview. Was told that there would be three additional interviews with a Store Team Lead, a District Team Lead (In charge of 10 stores), and an HR Market Leader. The Store Team Lead I interviewed with was young and seemed unprepared for the interview. I was told I would be interviewing with a specific District Team Lead but was contacted by someone else. All of the interview questions were behavioral based and they whole process was very casual
