Target Executive Team Leader interview questions

I spoke to a regional recruiter about my background who then recommended me for a local opening. I spoke with the General Manager then the district HR team. All interviews were roughly 30 minutes and essentially the same questions. No real room for my own questions. I was told I would hear within 48 hours but did not hear back for two weeks. They were upfront that it was a 50 hour work week (which means it's probably 60).

It was a lengthy process. There were multiple rounds of interviews. They watch you on the camera as you first enter the store to see how you behave in the store.
